We offer a written 5-year Warranty to the original owner on all Splendor© products against manufacturer defects. This warranty does not apply to damages incurred from accident, alteration, misuse, tampering, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or acts of God.

Should you find any manufacturer defects in our products, please take a picture of the product and mail/email it to support@southernteak.com We reserve the right to inspect the picture and the furniture itself to deem whether it falls under our stated warranty. If following inspection we believe that the damage does not fall under a warrantied circumstance we will not replace the product. If however, the product is covered by the warranty we will either repair or replace the damaged product, or offer a store credit towards a future purchase.

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all products sold. At SouthernTeak.com All products must be returned in their original packaging, and must be in new condition. It is the owner's responsibility to properly repackage and secure merchandise to ensure safe return. Custom orders are not returnable. Treated furniture cannot be returned without prior authorization.
